Your initial appointment with Louise may last up to 2 hours for a fixed Fee £60 subsequent sessions will continue at the hourly rate of £60.
Each session is tailored to your individual needs, but in general you can expect the following:
To be carefully listened to, so as to understand the issue and clarify the outcome that you would like.
To alleviate problems in a safe and comfortable way.
To learn self-help techniques to accelerate your progress.
EFT will go as deep as you wish to go. For some issues one session may be sufficient, other deeper rooted issues can take longer.
If you are on a journey of healing and want to clear many issues, EFT will help you to gently pull back the layers and release as much as you are ready for. In this case, you may wish to have several sessions of EFT on an on-going basis.
