About Louise
Louise has enjoyed a diverse, successful and highly rewarding career in nursing during which time she has demonstrated a strong commitment to her own personal and professional development enabling her to acquire knowledge and understanding of varying approaches to care. Since 1994, Louise has followed a spiritual path and, over subsequent years, has studied a range of disciplines that now enable her to provide her clients with a complete, holistic care package encompassing meditation and yoga as well as various aspects of energy work. Her journey has taken her to a number of spiritual locations around the world, including to India where she trained and qualified as a Reiki Master.
Louise has also trained under leading international figures in the field of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) including:
EFT Master Jaqui Crooks (UK)
EFT Master Karl Dawson (UK)
And EFT Master Dr Carol Look (New York USA).
She is now qualified to teach EFT whilst also being an advocate for its practice in the broader nursing community. Teaching is an area that particularly appeals to Louise, as it enables her to share her knowledge and experiences with others in a way that is both inspirational and informative. Her passion for the holistic approach to care, combined with more than 25 years experience in nursing, make Louise ideally placed to encourage others to commit to delivering exceptional standards of care ensuring both sensitivity and empathy to the physical, emotional and even spiritual needs of clients.
Throughout her career in nursing, both in the public and private sectors, Louise acquired a reputation for her compassion and her empathy, traits that have proven invaluable since embarking upon a career as a Practitioner of Holistic Therapies. She is a firm believer in the important role that effective Stress Management can play in the treatment and even prevention of many serious diseases. She supports the theory that reducing emotional clutter can facilitate empowerment and an overall improvement in quality of life and, to achieve this, encourages a holistic approach through the practice of various therapies.
